Any information which we receive from you is for the sole purpose of doing business with you as our customer. We do not send unsolicited e-mails nor do we sell, share or give our customers information to anyone.

Refunds:

All of our merchandise is guaranteed. If you are unhappy with any purchase you may return it in unused, good condition with the original receipt within 14 days for a full refund or exchange excluding shipping.

Credit Cards:

The Shopping Cart on Our Site is set up to accept Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. If you select credit card as your method of payment you will then be taken to our shopping cart's secure site to submit your credit card number.

Methods of payment which we do not accept:

Cashiers Checks, Credit Cards for which address verification can not be confirmed.

Shipping Information:

In most cases we ship either the same day or next day after receipt of order. When a custom inscription is requested, an additional day or two may be required. Therefore, if you have not received your order within a reasonable amount of time let us knowso that we can make sure that something has not gone wrong.
